Below is a tour of our Easton location. The Stroudsburg location is similar in the amenities, service, and equipment it provides.

Office

Scott's Collision Center takes pride in providing our customers with a clean, modern, and comfortable waiting area. This helps keep you at-ease during an otherwise difficult period in your day-to-day life. Here you will be greeted by a member of our staff who will help you with your needs. If you are in need of an estimate, we will be happy to prepare one free of charge. All of our estimates are prepared on a computerized estimating system. This ensures that all parts and repair prices needed to repair your vehicle are accounted for. This translates into a faster repair process due to unnecessary delays from missed items.

You can rest assured that you can come to our facility during inclement weather. We have a heated indoor estimating and vehicle delivery area. So whether it's raining, snowing, or dark outside, we will still be able to keep you and your vehicle out of the elements. During estimates, this allows us to still perform a thorough analysis of your vehicle's damage because we can dry your vehicle off to make sure we see everything.

This photo shows our parts storage area. This space allows us to order all the parts needed to perform your repairs before your vehicle comes in for repairs. This area is indoors and is heated. Your parts will not be exposed to the elements before they are painted and corrosion protection materials are applied. As a result, your vehicle is repaired with parts that will last a very long time.

Body Department

Scotts Collision CenterThis picture is an overview of our body department. As you can see, the repair bays are larger than most shops. This gives the technician more room to perform your repairs. This translates into quicker repair times and prevents mishaps to your vehicle from having cars too close together. You can also see that each bay is equipped with a vehicle lift and every other bay has an in ground frame pulling machine for light to medium repairs.

This photo showcases our heavy hit frame pulling equipment. Contrary to most other facilities, we have not one, but two machines that are more than capable of repairing the hardest-hit vehicles. Also, you can see our liquid-cooled resistance spot welder (the blue piece of equipment). This machine allows us to reproduce spot welds exactly as they were when your vehicle was manufactured. And the last piece of equipment is our electronic frame measuring system. This machine sends electronic pulses to and from all critical frame and suspension mounting points on your vehicle. It takes live readings as your frame or unibody is being pulled to ensure that everything is pulled back to where it was from the factory.

Scotts Collision CenterHere you can see our four wheel alignment machine. Anytime your vehicle is involved in a collision that has caused suspension damage, you can be confident that it will drive perfectly after it has been repaired. We prefer to do this in house instead of transporting your vehicle off-site for an alignment. This reduces repair delays and keeps us in control of making sure your vehicle is repaired properly. We have become known for our alignment capabilities and currently do work for several local repair shops. We also provide this as a direct service to the public whether or not your car was involved in an accident.

Paint Department

This picture is an overview of our paint department. To the left are downdraft prep decks that are used when your vehicle is primed and parts edges are painted. To the right are our two downdraft paint booths. These provide a sealed environment to paint your vehicle in. All paint emissions are filtered to ensure that no hazardous substances enter the environment. After your car is painted, it is then baked at over 160 degrees to dry the finish.

Here is our paint mixing room. The machine in the background contains numerous tints. Because of this, we can mix virtually any color in-house. This ensures that our repairs match the existing finish on your vehicle.

This photo shows one of our refinish technicians applying color to a vehicle. As you can see, the area is extremely well-lit. As a result, you can be assured that your paint is applied evenly and has a factory-like gloss.
